Default Vaccum Lines questions 97 850 GLT

I notice 2 vacuum line coming off my FUel Pump Regulator. I see on a diagram that one is suppose to go to one of the nipples on the front of the manifold and the other goes where? Is it the fresh air tube near the MAF?
I thought the middle line from the Turbo Boost Solenoid goes there!?!?

The diagram is pretty vague on this.

Also, I have noticed the vacuum line that connects to the passengers side of the manifold (behind the upper radiator hose) is missing.
Where does this line go/or come from?
Again, the diagram just says T-Pipe/PVC, which loses me, because I believe the line goes over near the air box, but the PVC is under the intake manifold??

My fuel pressure regulator only has one vacuum line...

The line that goes to the nipple on the passenger side that you mention, hooks up to the PTC with the PCV line. I'm not exactly sure why, possibly to add oxygen to the inert crankcase gases? But that is where it goes. It is present on both my NA and turbo cars.

Mine has on line that comes out but there's a vacuum fitting that breaks the line into 2 lines. One small hose and one larger hose. ????
