I just purchased a 1995 850 GLT sedan and want to know what you do about chid seats. I don't have anything I can find to attach the top tether strap too. I read about a tether and can get online for approx $25 and wanted to know what you folks do? Is there a secret I don't know about? Thanks in advance!:thumbup:

 

It doesn't have the built in child seat in the armrest of the back seat?
If it does not, I don't know what you could attach the top of another seat to.
You could just wrap the seat belt around the whole thing as if you were buckling up an adult. The shoulder strap would keep the top secure, no?

 

Most 850's have a lug behind the rear seat for a tether stud to be installed. I think the stealer sells them. I use to install the seat with the seatbelt through the back of the seat about 15 years ago. Not sure what is done now.
