i hope uall can see what im referring to, the vacuum nipple that comes from the tee is plugged at flame trap, i tried cleaning it but it looks like it was made to be blocked, is this true or is it blocked thanks

sorry the pick not that good, the previous owner by passed the flame trap and dumped straight into the cold air intake. semmed to run good, any thought

well after a few more hours cleaning things i put all the pieces back all runs great
