Default Vacuum Leak

Hey this is my first post had to sign up to see if any of you guys could help me figure out what a part is...

The best detail is that it looks like a flying saucer and it comes from a little pipe from the back of the valve cover and ends right above turbo. It has a nipple on the end about an inch long and it is creating a vacuum leak that makes car sputter, if I cover with hand it idles smooth, just wondering if anyone knows where it goes or if I could just plug it.

The car is a 95 850 turbo..

Thank you for any help, if know one knows I could work on uploading photos to help

Are you talking about this part?
SAS Air Injection Valve

Is the vacuum tube loose, off of it?

I have a 95 turbo wagon but I don't have that part. I'd suggest capping it but still try to find out where it goes.

yea I checked pics of the same model and none have that part, people keep thinking PCV valve but its not that, so either its been modified or not the stock motor for this car. Im just lost and what would be a good thing to cap it with

They make caps in 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 inch for capping heater cores off. One of them might be close enough with a clamp to seal it.
