Default vibration at highway speeds

last weekend i changed the front pads and rotors with brembo rotors and oem pads purchased from fcpgroton. the braking seems fine, but i now have vibration at highway speeds.
no clue what the cause could be, unless it was something unrelated like losing a wheel weight. the one thing i noticed was that there was a decent amount of wiggle room between the holes on the rotors and the holes in the hub. i also snapped one of the guiding pins (or whatever it's called) on the passenger side when i was trying to tighted it.

i should have also added that i had my summer tires mounted to wheels and put on a few weeks ago. everything also looked fine as far as cv boots and suspension when i had it jacked up.

I would have the wheels balanced.

i had a caliper sticking which gave me vibrations - had the front on stands, car in neutral, left front spun freely, right front required effort to spin

from research i've done, i'm pretty sure that it's the excess space in the center of the rotor that's throwing things off balance.
not sure whether i got sent the wrong rotors or why the hell i'd have a rotor that doesn't fit snug.

i finally got around to taking the brakes apart and it turned out to have nothing to do with the brakes. i was missing one of the hub centric rings.
so now i have to replace the ring. does anyone know what size i would need? i'm running borbet type h wheels.
