When did it last have the fuel filter changed?

You can also try jumpering the fuel pump relay (in the fuse box on top of the firewall) to see if that engages the pump and build pressure at the rail.

If you have the tools, you can also measure the current draw on the pump. Usually when they start to fail they draw too much current (overheating the pump, frying the relay).

I am not sure I understand what you meant to say. I am reading this line as WILL NOT RUN ON ETHER. That's the way I take it. Am I right? And where exactly are you spraying this?

Are you familiar with the cute little diagnostic doo-dad mounted on the radiator support? It's pretty nice.

FOLLOW UP - FIXED THE PROBLEM
I do not have very good diagnostic skills - thank God for You tube

I think I had fuel pressure - the whole time - because didn't start it for while? Any how I, always had the 3 sec prime when starting was triggered by the ECM and not the fuel relay. So I thought it was priming and not pressurizing the fuel after.

I was not getting spark - used spark tester on cylinder one - no spark
used spark tester on coil - no spark

New Items installed:
I put a new fuel filter in. Still no start
Crank position sensor . Still no start
Fuel Pump Relay. Still no start
Fuel pump relay tester - made one - still no start

Used items installed:
used ECM - still no start - Put back the old ECM
used ignition switch - installed with coil
used ignition coil - installed with ignition switch

I got these at the pick n pull yard
ECM
TCM
CPS
COIL
IGINITION SWITCH
ALL FOR $115.00

Of course I spent another $100 on misc tools

So $215 for a new used car - Not Bad!

Perseverance pays off - I was ready to throw the towel in after four days under the hood!

Thanks everybody for your comments. I hope this will provide some insight for another 850 owner!
