There isn't a true rear coilover for 850s. The rear coilovers are simply a thread sleeve like the ones in the picture with a threaded perch that the spring sits on. I ordered a set of the rear IPD sport springs that has a really nice drop, but also has about 5 dead coils that you can cut without risking the spring not seating properly.

KONI DIY COILOVER HOW TO

My coilovers came off of this car which also has the rear IPD springs with a couple coils cut off. He is also running 18s so the stance is a little different. I think where the car is sitting at in these pictures is a bit lower from where mine currently sits. But once I install the rear IPD springs, let them settle, and then cut a couple coils, I will lower the coilovers as much as I can.

Not as easily. The Bilsteins bulge out at the top of the strut housing. You can use them, but you'll have to grind down the strut for the sleeve to fit over. Which is why Konis are used, they're already a very slim strut and the sleeve fits over them perfectly. I've also heard that Bilsteins can not handle the drop like Konis can and you may blow them out faster.

Where I'm sitting now have a couple spins down:
