Volvo 850 T5 poor performance and no boost
Hi guys,
I recently bought a 1996 850 T5 and have noticed when going uphill there is very little power, it struggles in 2nd and third gear! I have also noticed when accelerating the boost gauge never really goes into the boost zone. Could this be linked?

You are wise! I was changing the oil filer today when I noticed the jubilee clip holding the hose on the bottom of the intercooler had rusted off and the hose was hanging loose! All is well now!
