Volvo 850 turbo
Hey guys- new to the forum and used the search feature first but didnt find an exact anwser. What is the tool that is needed to get the lines off the radiator? It looks like it takes a special clamp in order to get them off. Also any other info you think i would need to know before starting to replace. Thanks.
Are you talking about the tranny lines and/or oil cooler lines?
If so I use a pair of snap ring pliers that open backwords. When you squeeze the handles the pliers open.
Also be careful the clips break.

Yes the snap ring pliers will fit into the little indents in the split section and open the clip some then slide it over the line or hold it open and slide the line off.
The 2 metal clips in the middle of the picture are the ones holding the lines on.
