Volvo 850R Wagon on Top Gear UK
I just watched both parts of the "epic challenge" on Top Gear UK where Clarkson, Hammond, and May each buy second-hand station wagons to drive throughout Africa. Interestingly, James bought an 850R. Just like all the cars that are used in these Top Gear challenges, it got pretty beat up. Still, I thought the episodes were interesting, despite the Volvo abuse. The challenge is split between two episodes, and can be found pretty easily on the internet if you know where to look.

Have you seen the episodes? I thought they were pretty good! The Volvo certainly was "plucky!"
