Volvo emblem battery bracket hold down.
I could have sworn my 96 850 GLT came with a battery bracket hold down plastic strap to go over the top of the battery. Was I dreaming? It was black with VOLVO EMBOLDENED IN WHITE .?

not sure about your car, but my 95 had a plastic clip that grabbed the bottom lip of the battery to hold it to the battery tray. Google "volvo 850 battery hold down" and you will see some pics
