Hello everyone, I have a quick question. I own a 1995 NA 850 with a 2.5 20v engine. I am planning to work on the PVC system, and I came across information stating that for cars prior to 1996, is good to change the EGR gasket and clean the EGR. However, I cannot locate the EGR on my engine, leading me to believe that it may not have one. Is it possible that my engine does not have an EGR? I have attached a photo of the intake manifold from below, where the EGR should be. Thanks in advance.
Do you see a small metal tube or a sealed nipple going into the exhaust manifold? Generally speaking, EGRs have a metal tube to pull some of the exhaust gas back into the intake. If you don't see that, either you never had a system or somebody removed it...
