can anyone help my t5 slave cylinder keeps popping out there seems to be too much pressure how can i cure this. I have tried a new slave cylinder

I'm sorry, but my 850 was of automatic and I have never worked on 850's clutch. Please wait until others with experience reply to you. I went through my manual, but it did not have a section for troubleshooting, and it said there is no adjustment to the hydraulic clutch system.

Our brand new 2007 S40 just had the slave cylinder fail. This is a know defect though Volvo refuses to recall due to the cost of the repair.
