Default Volvo Update on my Wagon + questions!!

so guys, its winter here in quebec, its cold + windy, and the streets arent nicly cleaned either.

here:

so i have another question, and yes a heating realated one. my floor vents arent working, not at all, i heard that you can remove the plastic sheild and you have to check something, does anyone know about this problem.

also for those of us with wagons, how do you check your rear wiper fluid level? does it take from the same place as the front. and if yes if theres a problem you'll have to follow the line all the way to the front to find it?

alright, so the way i understand it is there is a flap that opens and allows the air to pass. on my car there is a motor that controls it that has a spine. often times what happens is the spine cracks and the flap never opens. so im going to check it out once i can get my car into a warm garage.
so what you have to do to fix it is take out the glove box, the piece of plastic and the metal knee protector, and then you'll have access to the motor and the broken spine.
you can take out the spine and support it with something you can find, and with a little bit of glue, it should fix the problem.
to start looking stick a screwdriver up the vent and find the flap, and once you do the motor is close by.

there you go guys^^

Nice detective work. Haha, I've never heard of that problem where the heat stopped coming out the bottom vents.
