The tool makes sure it is line up properly.
The noise in the front might be the spring seats.You can check then by trying to turn the big nut which is a 13/16 nut.If it turns freely it is bad.If it feels rubbery it is good.
If both are good then look at the sway bar links.
You can use regular ATF or synthetic.Dextron III

This link should help some on the timing belt.

well i checked the spring seats the way u told me and it feel rubbery but it turns all the way around, and on top of that i look real close to the rubber and it was cracking bad and coming out in little peaces one side would turn all the way around easyer the the other. i figure its not even supposed to turn around all the way. There is a company that does sell them in the aftermarket.

The car setup might not be the same as your car just double check it but they sell them.

well i changed the strut bushing, and i found out that it did needed to be changed, but the niose is still a little bit there and as i was changing the strut bushing i saw that the niose is coming from the sway bar bushing.
You will have to clear the code.
The PNP is located on the top of the transmission.Look where the shifter cable goes to the trans.It is under the battery tray.The PNP slides over the shaft that the cable connects to.

well i fixed the pnp but there was another code the A side there was only one and it was 124, on the B side there was the other which was 122, i dont remember which one was the pnp, but the other one said something about temp sensor i dont know if it was the coolant temp or the air temp?
well it has two sides and s and a b, where u go to check the codes. i checked both sides and thats what i got. i got to check it again because it shut off again while the switch in the middle console was on economy, and i changed the pnp switch so i dont think its that. so i am going to check the codes to see if it gives me anything for shutting off. i am also going to take pictures so its easier for me to explain.
But what ports ?
A? and B?
A? and B?
A1 = Trans
A2 = Engine
A3 = ABS
A6 = Ignition
I'm not sure what the remaining ones on the A side are nor am I sure what any of the B ports are.
