Default Pro Rebuild - All Smiles

XS Boost Turbochargers in Ohio did an excellent job rebuilding my turbo (Aug 2009) for my Volvo 850 and had it back to me 2 days after they received it. I would recommend them from my personal experience. The unit looked brand new and they stand behind their rebuild with a 1 year warranty. Ask for David as he was very knowledgable as there are 2 different turbo exhaust flanges for my year and I could have easily gotten the wrong one in the "aftermarket".

They may have different exhaust hosuings, but all 15G's use the same CHRA.

There are THREE different exhaust housings, and each year and each model had a specific housing. And each housing will work on any of the TD04 turbos (13G, 15G, 16T, 18T, 19T), it's only a matter of if they're compatible with the downpipe. And it's not too easy to mess that up in the aftermarket, since they all have different names and they're self explanatory.
