Alright i was looking for maybe a new genuine one. It appears the one you linked would be to strong for low pressure turbo? Or am i mistaken?

Not sure if the ARD actuator would be too strong - you'd need to contact them to see if it can adjust down to 7 PSI. What may be of issue is the model of turbo in your car - ie I think its a 13g. I suppose you could just bolt on a 16T, get a tune and enjoy the extra 100 or so HP... :-) but as noted it shouldn't be hard to find a used OEM part.
