Default Weird Problem...HELP!!

So last week I was pushing the 850 and she developed a new problem. Its not a big problem but its quite annoying. Basically its a 94 850 turbo manual, when i drive (normally or hard) and get to 60km/h, then get out of gear and just roll, the car holds idle at 1500rpm. When i get to a stop sign, the rpm drops back to 900ish. This only happens if I reach 60km/h, anything below that wont trigger the problem.

Some facts:
Getting -20 to -24 vacuum
Can go into boost (up to 14PSI)
Boost fades a little bit, I think I might have a boost leak...
Full Stage 0 Done

Anyone ever have this happen to them?

Any way to repair it? I tried resetting the ECU, cleaning the ICV...did nothing. It never did that before. Ive pushed the car just as hard as I did last week (when the problem happened), but it has never done that.

I have never seen a way to repair it but it really is just an annoyance more then anything. I would not really worry about it.

Thats exactly it, its annoying lol. Do you know if its ECU related? I'm thinking of having the ECU tuned next summer, think it would fix it?
