thank you so muchfor everyones help!
just wonder if it's acommon sympthom on 850's??
there is no faulty codes, but
when i put my caron reverse it feels like it does notshiftsverysmooth,
it happen especially when mycar is wormed up,
so if i wouldgo forward than stop andshiftto reverseit would take 1-2 sec. than i wouldfeel a little push.
it does not happend very often though.
anywaywhatmight cause this problem and what a solution?
thank you again!

It is getting old.
Maybe try getting the Lucas stop slip aditive and add to the fluid and see if it helps.
I have a problem with the tranny in the yellow car.
I am going to try it once I can find it locally.

Ditto on the Lucas but this didn't help my Drive -> Reverse "bumping". What I do is throw it in neutral, wait 2 seconds for the tranmission to fully disengage (you'll feel the car release the pressure), and then go to reverse. It never bumps doing it that way. I don't know if it does anything internally but it sure sounds and feels a heck of a lot better. I also avoid parking where I need to back out if I can - ie pull straight into parking spaces so I just need to drive straight out of them.
Please let me know if the Lucas seems to help, our 95 850 Turbo with 183 K does the same bump when warm going into reverse and I would like to at least ease it up a bit
I've seen Lucas at Autozone, Advance, maybe even at Wal-mart. It shouldn't be too hard to find. Please let us know your experience- I know we'd all like to hear from TECH. Mine doesn't shift so perfect between 2-3, thinking of trying it myself.
Good luck!
