hey guys, i have a 95 850 turbo and i have no clue were the starter is ...please help.

The starter is on the front side of the engine, under the intake manifold. It's a tight fit behind the radiator fan, but once that's out of the way, you can remove it.

right next to the stopper.

but no really, if you look from the driver side down into and under the intake manifold (the big metal tubular thing on the front of your car) you will see a round black can shaped thing, that is your starter.

ooooo ok thanks sooo much guys i thought that it was it. it just looked a little different i guess to other starters ive seen, looks like it will be a pretty easy job. and thanks for the offers on the starters but i just got done buying one from napa with a discount for $120

So the way I understand it, the intake manifold has to come off to change the starter?

you need to either take off the manifold or pull the radiator. the radiator is more bolts to pull, but it opens up ALOT more space. personally would prolly save you time of twisting and bending in the long run.
