What spacer is this????? HELP

This was under my car. I'm doing everything to my 850 thats in my signature. Just got the rack and pinion in. It was right beneath the engine and have not idea where it came from.

How big is that? put it next to a ruler

It kinda looks like a clutch pilot bearing

Also what is it made out of? Is it a metal sleeve surrounded by rubber or polyurethane.

solid medal. exactly the size of a dime in diameter. I think i may have noticed a place it could've come from. Does the center steering bracket have a spacer between it and the subframe? Looks like a gap there where it could go.
