This part is connected to the air intake hose

 

This part is called PTC and as fas as I know, you can but it only as part of intake hose that goes from filter box to turbo. I had the corroded gromet on mine for long and had to keep this inplace using 2 long cableties until I found a good one at the wrecker.

 

Can I get a part number or another name for this part as I called a Volvo dealership and they don't know what I am talking about

 

Dont the part number handy but this is a component of intake hose that goes from filter box to turbo. You cant buy this saperately from the stealership for sure. So you will have to buy the whole intake hose.

 

try asking for the "fresh air tube" - to the tune of about 140.00. I don't have the p/n handy either, but I just went thru the same thing at the stealership. VADIS shows it coming as an assembly (fresh air tube) and no separate p/n for that device (PTC).
