What's the name/part number for this hose?

What's the name of this hose in the center(short)? It seems like I need to change it soon as there is some sort of sediment around it

Yes looks like it is leaking.
I believe it is the turbo cooling feed line.
I have used a small piece of fuel line to good affect.

Thanks a lot tech. How urgent should I attend to this matter?Does this have any impact on my mileage or anything like that?

I would do it soon if it blows all the way you will loose coolant pretty fast and overheat the engine and possibly cause damage.
