Is this line routing the same on a 94 850 turbo?

My 94 850 turbo does not seem to like the diagrams I have found, When I got the car, some of them were capped off to the ebc and the ebc itself was unplugged, I removed them and replaced all the rubber and now it is overboosting to scary levels, any suggestions?
