I have 850 with cracked windshield and have 98 s70 parts car. Can i take windshield from s 70 and put it on 850. I know how to change windhields and done it before. All i want to know if they are interchangeble.
Promt responce will be very much appreciated.
I am sitting at my workshop and cant figure out if the interchange will work and don't want to start on the job before i know 4 sure.

If you don't get a reply you might try calling a glass installer in you locality or a salvage yard and see what they have to say

I'm getting my windshield replaced in the morning, I'll try and remember to ask when I pick up my 855.

 

Well, here is an update. Measured s70 windshield and 850 windshield. All measurements are identically same. Will try to take it out and see for sure. Part numbers are different. Will keep posting about the progress

 

Probably has different factory tinting or something that gave it another part number
