windshield issue
i don't think i have had this happened before, but i have frost on the inside of my windshield along the top and half way down the sides. is the seal on my windshield done or is there another issue? and no my windows are not open, but i do have the weathertech window deflectors on my car but i would assume frost would be on my side windows if that was the case. is it condensation freezing?
ideas, options?

I realize this is an old question, but I would expect to find wet floors in a case like that. If you do, then you need to figure out where the water is coming from. Could certainly be a windshield seal; quite likely.
the heater core and it piping/hoses were replaced this past summer, and i have no wet carpet.unless wet carpet from going into the car from the rain will cause that much condensation in the car. i have to admit, winter here results in rain, followed by the sun popping out to heat everything up, and then dropping below freezing at night and the cycle repeats. but so far it has only happened twice. the real kicker is i just got a chip repaired in the windshield, and if it's the seal that means the whole windshield has to be pulled, and or replaced along with the seal.
i never saw this reply until now i don't know why. so if only turn the **** onto defroster when i need it, then it should not happen?
