C30 Headlight Beam Height

I have a 2012 R Design T5.

is there any way to raise my low beam height? I'm lowered on Silvers Coilovers.

I cannot see on a unlit road (it seems past my outstretched hand).

Certainly - all headlamps have manual adjusters

Yes all have manual head lights adjutment , but they dont adjusts a lot , but should be ok even when you lowered the car
