Lights problem

Since changing the battery my round light switch is the same for all three positions with dipped headlights and running lights both on at all three positions so I can't use headlights or running lights only.

did you check the owners manual on how to program the settings for the lights?

Been all through the owners manual but no mention of how to program the lights even my very experienced mechanic is not aware of how to do it.
