Default Volvo C30 - Waterdrip beneath car

After parking C30 - 2011 reg, I have noticed water dripping from underneath. Notice very slow drip (every 5 secs). Located at the centre line of the car and just behind the front wheels.
From reading could this be related to the AC drain or maybe to the rear windscreen wash pipe?

Any feedback/advice would be greatly appreciated.

If it is colored then it will be a coolant leak from somewhere.
Otherwise it is condensate from the AC system which is normal.

Assuming that you've been running the AC, better than normal: actually good. If that drainage stops you'll have wet carpets!

Default i have a wet carpet behind the drivers seat.

Hey I think I might have the drainage problem, the carpet behind the drivers seat is continually damp, but none of the others feel damp. will this be related to the AC drainage and how do I go about unblocking it?

Any help is greatly appreciated
Thank you
Tom

Damp carpets are never good. There is 1 1/2" of foam under the carpet, and if you are seeing anything more than surface dampness, the foam is saturated. The floor pan is divided by the center hump, but there is no division between front and rear on each side.

I would remove the back seat and fold the carpet up to see if the foam is wet. If it is, I would recommend removing the seats (after removing the battery connections) and pulling the carpet out to dry indoors for several days.

The AC drains into the forward end of the transmission hump on the right side. I'm pretty sure this is the same on UK and American cars.
