Hey all, a few years ago I had a new amp/stereo installed due to one of the channels of my stock amp being dead. I now am having issues of my midrange door speaker (drivers side) not working, the woofer and the tweeter still work, just not the middle one. I've been able to get the door panel off just fine, but can't seem to get the grill off to replace the speaker (I already bought a speaker as replacement)

On a side note, I'm also looking for insight on the center speaker. I was told that without the stock amp, that it wouldn't work (doesn't make much sense especially if I can just wire it to the headunit itself.)
