my driver electric driver seat moves but when i move it forward it stops short of the full range that it should move. nothing else is wrong with the seat. any ideats?

 

My 2009 does the exact same thing...... It goes WAY BACK. But when I move it forward to let a passenger in, no good. They have to enter from the passengers side. I even took the seat out and checked the track. All was clean with no obstructions. Someone in here knows why. HELP US..
