43,000 miles. While driving the total electric system stops... everything just stops working for a second and then restarts. Car is totally dead for a second and then continues to run. There are NO dash lights to say there is a problem. This is the 3rd generator, the first last for 42,000 miles, the second lasted about 6 months and now the new one is doing the same thing.
The car starts fine but for no reason the electric system just turns off and then restarts ? No codes come off the computer.
New battery and cables are tight. When the electric system is checked everything checks ok.

Electrical cables maybe tight, but are they clear of any rust? Any change when you wiggle starter or battery cables? Electrical Contact Cleaner recommended. JMHO. Good luck. All fuses checked?
