I pulled the SRS codes from the car and am getting the following:

SRS-002B - Adaptive Steering column - Resistance too high
SRS- 003D - Seat belt tensioner, Right Rear - Resistance too high
SRS-0067 - Belt Load Limiter, Driver - Resistance too high
SRS-006D - Seat belt tensioner, Driver Resistance too high

I have checked the wiring in the SRS circuit for obvious breaks and found none. I have not done a continuity test to the SRS module on each wire. The Vida diagnostics reference a specialty Volvo “Test Dummy” plug, 9511506, to check the resistance in the igniter circuit. I don’t have access to this tool.

So my Questions
(1) Where can I get access to this test plug?
If I understand correctly, it is a resistor... can I make one? any one have a spec
(2) On the Load limiter . Tensioners, The seat belts function as they should, does this code mean that there was a deployment in the igniter circuit? If there was a deployment, would the seatbelt function

(3) On the steering column, Any things I should be looking for? Does this involve the replacement of the entire column or just an SRS part?
