My SRS light came on my 2000 Volvo S80 2.9 and I took it to my local mechanic who scanned the codes and got P0105 and P0034. I understand these are codes are for power interruption and control module shutdown. My mechanic repaired a broken wire under the seat but cannot clear the codes with his Snapon scanner. I've made an appointment at the Volvo dealer who thinks they can possibly clear the codes. Is this the right thing to do at this point? Has anyone had these codes and if so, could you clear the codes without replacing the control module? .
