2010 C70 P2187 and P0507

2010 C70 P2187 and P0507
My C70 started with P2187 some time ago with squeaking sound like belt slipping. Then I found here people having same problem and saying it's the PCV if squeaking sound stops with open oil cap (too much vacuum in crank case). So I replaced the PCV and didn't find any leak/crack on and around the pipe.
This seems helping a little bit if at all but now I have 3 codes:
P2187, System too lean at idle bank 1
P0507, Idle air control system RPM higher than expected
P2187 (appeared twice)
I also found dripping oil underneath now and seems to be from the main engine seal. I only hope this leaking is caused by too much vacuum otherwise it will be a big problem.
Could anybody tell me what went wrong? Thanks!
