That's the common PCV failure. The squeal is un-metered air sucking past oil seals, like the noise when you slowly let air out of a balloon. Pulling the dipstick allows air in another way. Codes are created from the un-metered air making things lean. The pcv valve is part of the oil filter housing - I have heard the pcv portion might be available on the aftermarket - avoiding replacement of the entire oil filter housing - but I've never done it that way. #31338685
