Default AC/Heater blower is not working

Hi Everyone,

I have a 2004 C70 convertible with 60k. When I turn the car on with the blower already set on, the blower would blow for 2 second but then it would stop, the light on the circulation button and the light with the AC (off) button would blink red, while the button with the air from outside and AC (on) button would stay green.

The car has been sitting in 95 degree+ heat for half of the day. I read it somewhere this could be the reason. I hope so. I will test it out later when it is cooler.

Or could this be ?

1. Fuse?
2. Resistor
3. Blower? (but it actually work or turn on for 2 second. I can hear the blower)

Please any help is appreciative.

Thank you
