automatic will not work in MANUAL mode

09 C70 Automatic transmission works as it should, but will not go into manual mode. I need a visual breakdown on how to take the shifter apart.
Or, someone tell me how to repair it. HELP!

It’s probably the shift blind. I had the same problem. Dealer replaced it and the manual mode now works.
