Default black bar from moonroof

A black bar fell out of the moonroof area and I can't figure out where/how it goes back. It's pretty stiff, has a slight bend to it (but does not match any of the bends on the sunshade), and on one edge has what looks like glue residue. The sunshade now closes farther and no longer open slightly when the moonroof. Anyone tell me where it goes and if it needs to be tensioned like a spring to fit into one of the grooves on the sunshade?

It's a 99 C70. Thanks.

It's usually glued to the glass for support. Alot of people have tried to glue them back on but they usually fall back off.
Alot of other people just throw them away.
