Need Help! Can anyone pls advise how to access and replace antenna on 2003 C70?

I'm sadly about to re-install mine today, after my friend broke it on me when I lent him my car.

Remove the plastic bin from the driver side of the truck. unplug the light todo this. and them remove the carpet section there as well.
Lossen the bolts at the bottom of the antenna, on a silver bracket thing - they are 10mm I think
losten the grounding strap with a philips screwdriver
lossen the black nut at the antenna base, on the outsife of the car.
unplug the drain at the bottom, unplug the radio wire, unplug the power..... and wiggle it out.

should take you about 15 minutes if you're not sure on what you're doing....

I was wrong in that the grounging strap is a nut as well. cant remember which size. maybe a 10mm like the other bolts were...

Is there any other type of annetena that you can get thats not so styling intrusive. i know that sounds wierd i just think it upsets the flow of the car. well at least the c70.
