Default C70 Coupe ETS problem

Hi all

I have just bought a 2000 'X' reg C70 Coupe

The ETS light has just flashed up.

It has no power at all, canbarely climb a hill

I have read elsewhere it could be the throttle position sensor

Is this right?

Where is the sensor located?

Many Thanks

James

You need to get the codes pulled out of the engine computer.

The ETM is under the intake manifold.

Thanks

Is it easy to remove, clean and replace?

Is there a step by step guide anywhere?

Can it be cleaned without removing?

cheers

It is best to remove it and clean it. But have the codes pulled first and make sure the recall software has been installed already.
