I put in some cds in the 3 disk in dash changer and the cds are stuck. they wont eject. the carteridge moves in and out but when its supposed to snap the cartridge out it doesnt and says Error-3 ....i unplugged and replugged it but to no avail .....any ideas may help

Usually what happens is the magazine warps and the cd won't go back in all the way.
Or it won't pull the cd out.
You can remove the top cover of the radio and watch what happens when you try to eject it.
