First, many thanks to the members who have replied to my past postings, you've all saved me a lot of agony and also money. I simply would not own this car if the internet wasn't available.

I'm replacing CVJ books along with the brake/bearing job that's long overdue. I don't drive the car 500 miles a month, and have a 2nd car, so my life has not been in danger.

The problem is, Official Volvo parts gouges us, and I have to order by mail anyway, as there is no dealer here in paradise. So I found THIS online for new boots------>

There is no listing for C70's (Automatic trans, turbo) but the S70 looks exactly the same. Anybody out there know if this is the same part? I know the entire front end is the same as the S70.
