oh wow, good info! cause i can get some 04 headlights, paint the inner housings flat blackand retrofit some projectors in that i removed from one of the buses at my job. and these projectors are 2 almost 3 times bigger than a regular car projector. then i can get some HIDs and have some really nice lights.

.............wait until you check the cost of the 2004 headlamps................. You are actually better off obtaining a set of projector lamp assemblies from Ebay and then adapt them to HID. I bought a set of the projector assemblies for my 2002 and truly enjoy them. You can get them either chrome or flat black.

I kept the original H-7 bulbs (Sylvania) in the projector lamps. I believe s-70 bought the same lamps and then purchased the HID kit and replaced the H-7 bulbs with the HID. I found the projector kit truly made the headlamps outstanding and I did not see the necessity for the HID.
