Red face I need some help...

Hello fellas, I started a thread about a month ago about getting to the throttle body to clean it out but well I just felt intimidated face to face when I decided to tackle it. I took my car in to a Euro Garage Shop and well I told em to check this issue along with other ones.

They changed the Timing Belt(Kit),Serpentine belt, water pump with OEM parts. The job took 6 hours and ended costing me just $500(I got a discount since I have a connection with a relative of the mechanic.) The old serpentine belt was about to go at any time so im glad I got that taken care of since this is my only ride and can't afford to lose my ride by any means.

My chofer window does not operate because it needs a new regulator, after months of looking out for it at junks, I finally called a guy that had it!! Woo, I told him a 1999 C70 2Door Couple, he says yes I have it! I repeat the car model,he says yes. I ask how much? $100. I said Ill be there tommorow morning. Sure it was an hour drive from my house but it was gonna be well worth it.I get there and he says nope! Only Volvo I have is an S40. I was so ticked off seriously. But he gave me a number to some other Euro Junk and they definitely had it for just $350, I offered all I had on me which was $150 and he flat out said you are crazy no way. This is the main influence I want to trade/sell the car.! A brand new regulator costs $600. Just shooting a lucky shot here, is there any way a regulator can be repaired?

The Air Conditioner on my car when on AUTO A/C is extremely cold until it decides to play deaf, If i Turn off the A/C It is almost guaranteed the A/C is just gonna blow Fan if I decide to turn on the A/C again immediatly. The solution is to let the A/C be off for about 10 mins and usually the A/C starts to blow cold air again. I had a horribile experience last month with this when it was raining hard, interior fog storm. So well they came to the conclusion it is the A/C Compressor Clutch, but they don't do that.So what the hell can I do here?

One of the cylinders(clicking sound) on the car sounds like crazy I'd say the sound is on 4/5 times the car is used. The solution they gave me is to make a complete oil change on it... The paradox thing is even the oil additive don't stop the clicking sounds one bit.Guess this must be tied to the check engine light that is always lit. So what can be the possible causes for this sound?

It is common every time I turn on my car's engine for the RPM gauge to hit all the way to 2 Revs(up and down motioning) for about 5 seconds. You can hear the engine reving as well. Supposedly they didn't clean the throttle body because it is electronic and it is better not to touch it because according to them ELECTRONIC throttle bodies might be damaged once and for all if serviced on. This honestly didn't make too much sense, so Im really gonna need a detailed walk through to do this please. I do have a camera if any picture is needed.

I would like to add while driving on the highway say about 60 something I hit some kind of projectile(I felt the impact to the wheel, I doubt it was a cat since I already know what it feels like , this was rock solid.) with my left front tire and the car slid left/right but I didn't lose control however when I pressed on the accelerator the car was decreasing speed, the RPM was only thing responding to the pedal, luckily there was a ramp near, stopped my car on the road side fearing the worst, got out my car and checked it for any damage and just a new graze on the bottom of the bumper. So well the moment of truth was here will the car drive, whew it did! I guess something musta locked up since the car is a FWD and the impact was hard.
