I want to change my dash lights to LED for different color. Anyone know what bulbs are need to totally swap out the bulbs on an 01 C70? I really dont want to pull it out to check just to pull it out again once I order them to install.

You need 4 LED 194 Wedge style bulbs.

One thing to keep in consideration is that only your instrument cluster will light up with the new color. The switches and stuff will still be the same colors.

 

Can the switches or even better the LCD better changed ?

 

yes, they can.

you have to carefully remove the switches and disasemble them and get to the LEDs already in there. then go to radio shack or a place that sells colored LEDs and solder the new colored LEDs in after you remove the ole ones.

ive seen this done on other cars, so its possible.

Ok, I was looking thru Vadis and found this but it doesnt really the bulb numbers, I think the 194 bulbs are the top 4 for the gauges. But what would the bulbs B be, of course this is for the LED swap.
