2005 C70 and the convertible hood goes down ok except for the last couple of inches. I have to push the hood down so that the hood is properly seated and the hood switch light goes out.
Does anybody have an idea as to how I can make any adjustments so that the hood will go all the way down.

 

My '12 C70 came with instructions on how to raise/lower the top in an emergency, so check your owner's manual. Since mine is a hardtop convert I can't help you more than this suggestion.

If you mean by 'hood' the top cover, on my 2000 soft top there is a separate motor that completes this last step and also locks the cover in place. I had that problem last year and replacing this motor solved the issue.
