Hi - ive recently bought a c70 convertible (2001). The roof opens half way and stops - it's happy to close again but won't go any further. I know the previous owner hadn't opened the roof for two years - could something be seized up or do we think electrical?
It drops all 4 windows a tad and makes chiming noises. Many thanks
