09 C70. Passenger low beam stays on, but it shines kind of up and down. Like the light beam is moving up and down. Even while not moving. Why is this happening?

 

I took the headlight lens off to remove the tent, and the lights have been upgraded to Xenon HID light kit on both sides. That still doesn't explain the fact that the passenger light wiggles up and down. Which I explained in the previous post.

 

Is this a factory bi-xenon setup or an aftermarket kit?

 

looks like an aftermarket. The PICC Ballast is just laying there. I'm going to get some Velcro and secure them the best I can.

 

Sorry, can't help much with those aftermarket kits. I've seen plenty of them hacked into place though.

 

I just seen a kit on ebay to correct the flickering of the headlight. anyone know anything about this device?

 

The thing about the flickering is this. It does get the attention of other drivers. But, the boss (wife) doesn't like it. Anyone else ever have this problem? And why is it happening? In the mean time, I think I will try swapping the bulbs around just to see if its the bulb...
