Default question on code

I had my check engine light come on . It pulled the code: "P0014 Exhaust Camshaft Position Timiing Over-advanced bank (1)". What does this mean? Is it an easy fix?

thanks!

There is a camshaft reset valve that mounts to the cam cover over the exhaust cam. That valve might be sticking/bad.

Hey, let me know how you get that code fixed. i was just at my mechanic and the obd pulled up code P0014 for the camshaft timing over advanced.
the only work i've done lately is my abs control unit. just got it replaced when we reset all codes, but P0014 never cleared.
